To ensure the success of the World Championships the LOC has met with many organizations including the authorities from - the Organizing Committee for the Gyeongju World Culture EXPO, KORAIL, Korea Tourism Association, ROKAF 11th Fighter Wing, and Busan Regional Meteorological Administration. With the support from these groups the LOC will gain much needed support.
In this MOU, Kwan-Yong Kim, President of the Organizing Committee for the Gyeongju World Culture EXPO 2011, Joon-Young Huh, President of KORAIL, Korea Tourism Association Chairman Sang-Man Nam, Commanding Officer of the ROKAF 11th Fighter Wing Sung-Don Hwang, and Il-Soo Lee Administrator of the Busan Regional Meteorological Administration participated. During the meeting the groups discussed various cooperative issues which included agendas to increase interest and participation for Championships and ticket sales programs.
Additional cooperation with organizations concerned will be continued for the future.
